Anchored in the hub of Howth’s West Pier and overlooking the fishing boats coming and going into Howth harbour, visitors to Octopussy Seafood Tapas Bar are treated to a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds. You only have to look out the windows to see the source of the seafood featured prominently on the menu.

The Octopussy Menu offers both lunch and dinner, and features signature dishes from both the land and the sea, as well as daily fish specials prepared by the chef depending on the catch of the day. Our Seafood Bar Menu overflows with platters of the finest Irish oysters, lobster, crab and prawns, as well as more innovative dishes. Our Wine Menu offers whites and reds by the glass and bottle.

Gorgeous seafood tapas for lunch with my buddy. I can recommend the prawns in garlic and lemon butter, the crab claws, scallops and cod fingers…great spot beside Howth Harbor – no tapas would be complete without the potatoe bravas… 

 

Went there today for lunch with three kids. Excellent. Food top class, service very friendly and quick.  Extremely busy place, but worth waiting for a table!

Excellent seafood restaurant! I have never eaten mussels as good!The staff is very friendly and the service is perfect. A lot of French restaurants would do well to take inspiration from it … In addition, the music is really cool 😉

Gorgeous food, great atmosphere. Loved the kooky snug, a perfect nook for a wonderful meal. I had the hake/mussels – just beautiful! We went last night and will definitely be back
