I love this restaurant! This was our third time to visit & the food has been consistently excellent (especially the paella and the octopussy style scallops!). it’s always a real treat & I cant wait to go back!

3rd time back here, 1st time with my hubby. We were seated at the window overlooking the harbour and lashing rain, great setting. I had spicy prawns with garlic potatoes and my hubby had seafood paella, we enjoyed it all. Glass of house red/white is €5 which is great value and very nice. Service was good without being over-attentive. Will be back!

We regularly pop up to Octopussy for their early bird which is just astonishing value at two generous tapas and a glass of delicious wine for 15 euro – can’t be beaten. From the chorizo squid to tempura calamari to chicken wings, meatballs, seafood chowder, it is all delicious and so nice to have several things to pick at during the meal!! Other slightly more expensive options (but still cheap!) include the Loughshinny brown crab, or lemon and garlic scallops – again, top quality seafood, really delicious. We would highly recommend Octopussy – book a window seat if you’re a twosome – the views are lovely and only enhance the experience.

Been here a couple of times and always satisfied. I had the chowder and fish and chips, all excellent. Herself had the shellfish platter and oysters and had no complaints, she even paid the bill, which was very affordable. Portions were good size and tasty. We will visit again soon.
